The event is being organised by an utsav sub commitee of members who have performed the yatra. A group of around 18 members performed the yatra 5 years ago and me and my wife went in 2007. We thought it appropriate to set an event in Leicester to coincide with the annual mela held at the Hinglaj Shakti Pith in Pakistan in the Chaitra Navratri.

However we have just found out the mela in Pakistan has been moved forward as the river is flooded and excess to the shrine is restricted.

Your support is very much requested to make this event a success.

The success will encourage us to try and make this an annual event to remember and receive blessings from Mata Hinglaj
