Eagerly-awaited Mega Event is approaching

The scene is set and the eagerly-awaited Pattni Samaj’s big event is taking shape. The Federation is putting the finishing touches to preparation on the four day mega events including the first ever World Conference.

 

Most of the Parajiya Pattni Samajs from India are participating at the world conference. Members from Mumbai have booked their train tickets.  Delegates and guests from across the world are heading to Jamangar and Dwarka for the Samuh Lagan and the World conference.

 

Many guests have started arriving in India. Some are coming for their business and social trip and will also be attending the World Conference

 

Regretfully, Narendra Modi, the chief minister of Gujarat is not able to attend the event as he is fully occupied with the work at the BJP. However his cabinet minister Shri Dilipbhai Sanghani and Smt Vasuben Trivedi have confirmed they will be attending the event.

Hotel Booking at Dwarka

Dwarka is going to be extremely busy in December. Apart from our community World gathering, there are six saptah starting at Dwarka around 18/20 December. All hotels in Dwarka are expected to be full.

 

The Federation committee members will be in Dwarka this Sunday to make the necessary final arrangements for the world conference.

 

The Federation has booked three hotels at Dwarka for overseas guests and more rooms can be reserved upon confirmation of arrivals from the guests. Charges of room tariff at dwarka are approx. Rs.1000 and Rs1200 (a.c. room).

 

Members planning to attend the gathering at Dwarka must confirm details of their arrival by 10th December. Thereafter is going to be difficult to make reservation.


Hotel Booking for Jamangar
Jamnagar Samaj has booked some of rooms at the Hotel Fortune Palace. Many guests have made arrangements on their own either at relative's residence or at the Government Circuit House.

 

the cost of the hotel room in Jamnagar is the same as at Dwarka and a suite or a deluxe room will cost more. The Jamnagar committee will arrange for hotel booking at Jamnagar also whose arrival is confirmed.

 

Transport from Jamnagar to Dwarka

Transport facility from Jamangar to Dwarka will be available on 16th December soon after the Jamnagar programme.

 

Jamnagar committee has also reserved a bus on the 18th December early morning for Jamnagar community members to attend full day’s programme. The bus will be return back to Jamnagar the same day at night.
